If you are interested in joining a choir, you will be made most welcome at St. Peter's, where the choir sings at the Sunday morning and evening services. A weekly practice is held each Friday (7.45 - 9.00 p.m.). An anthem/introit is sung at nearly every service. If you wish to join us, or require further information, please use the 'contact' page on this website. We ask that you try to attend the practice and one of the services on a weekly basis.
The Deanery Choir provides an opportunity for members from church choirs and singers in the Burnley area to sing evensong once monthly at St. Peter's or other local churches. Dates are given below and all music is provided on the day; dress is smart casual. There is no official membership or fee, just turn up on the day and enjoy the music!

Our next meeting is the 28th February 2010 at St. Peter's, Burnley when we shall be singing Stanford's Bb setting of the canticles. Full details to follow.
We rehearse from 4.30 - 5.30p.m. and evensong is at 6.00 p.m.
